Hack.Diversity transforms the tech industry by acting as both a talent pipeline and an accountability partner for employers. We provide companies with feedback and valuable programming to help effectively hire, retain, and elevate all talent profiles.

Leadership
Development

Host Company managers participated in our Inclusive Management Sessions to build intercultural people management practices

As technology continues to play a bigger and bigger role in our lives, the teams who develop it MUST be as diverse as the people who are impacted by it. Through our partnership, Host Companies have spearheaded initiatives important for industry transformation.

From championing intern pay parity to expanding flexibility for inclusive hiring to shifts towards education inclusivity, Host Companies continue to leave their mark on how employers can address disparities that have historically marginalized underrepresented talent.

Hard Problems Summit

Hard Problems Summit – Hack.Diversity’s annual, invite-only event – brought together 30 Host Company executives and decision-makers to co-design more impactful strategies and initiatives to improve the experience of underrepresented talent and transform the workplace for all employees.

Distinguished guest speaker Dr. Lisa Coleman emphasized that leveraging asset and growth mindset approaches while co-designing with peer networks will be the key to unlocking the value of the rich diversity we see in the workforce and creating more transformative partnerships. Dr. Coleman also shared that with the digital divide and four different generations in the workforce, Hack.Diversity’s mentorship model, industry readiness, and unique stakeholder engagement will create innovation and increase representation in tech.
