Fellows hired by Host Companies were candidates who were prematurely filtered out in the hiring process

More about the partnership:

January: Programming begins

  • Host Companies participate in monthly programming to invest in their talent pipeline, build inclusive leadership and management qualities, and create a culture of belonging.

March: Pitch your roles

  • Host Companies pitch their organizations to Fellows and start identifying candidates whom they’re interested in interviewing.

April: Interview Fellows

  • Host Companies review resumes and evaluate interview pool preferences. Hack.Diversity will pair you with up to 6 candidates per role to interview.

May: Match with Interns

  • Considering both Host Companies and Fellow’s preferences, Hack.Diversity will match you 1:1 with your summer interns. We are targeting retention at the end of internship.

June - September: Data review and talent retention

  • Hack.Diversity analyzes internship progress evaluations from both Host Companies and Fellows, and guides actions for successful retention beyond the internship.
