GET WITH OUR PROGRAM

Do you love to code or dig into messy data? Can’t explain why, but it’s what you need to do? No matter what everyone else in your favorite companies looks like—you know there has to be a place for you. There needs to be a place for you.

Let’s work together to make that happen.

For candidates who have the foundational technical skills*, we provide you with the complete career launchpad — professional skills to navigate the employee life cycle, programming for technical upskilling, a supportive community — and we make it matter. We’ll give you unrestricted access to everything you need to equip yourself for success. Then, you will find your place in the tech and innovation landscape. And make it better.

*Hack.Diversity does not teach technical skills from scratch. If you have zero foundation in skills related to software engineering or data analytics at this time, put us on hold and come back when you’ve completed a few courses. We’re fans of some of these mission-aligned organizations for you to do so!

    • Orientation — meet your Cohort and Program Lead, get oriented on the 9 months ahead, start your team technical design project

    • Meet your Mentor, learn and practice effective interviewing, develop a resume and strong digital presence, and engage in racial equity, diversity, and inclusivity (REDI) development

    • Meet and evaluate our Host Companies, apply for paid summer internships, and strengthen technical and behavioral interviewing skills

    • Interview for paid summer internships

    • Get internship-ready and find out if you’ve been matched to a Host Company for a paid summer internship

  • SUMMER 2025 - REQUIRES full-time internship availability (40 hours/week) (in addition to supplementary live and self-paced programming)

    • Complete your paid summer internship

      • If matched into an internship — work 40 hrs/week as a paid intern at a Host Company, complete regular progress check-ins with Hack.Team to maximize chances of permanent employment as result of internship

      • If not matched into an internship — work with the Hack.Team to upskill and seek out alternate internship opportunities

    • Dive deeper into career enhancement and support through salary negotiations, offer reviews, and networking workshops

    • Focus on developing post-Hack plans and CELEBRATE completion of your Hack.Diversity Fellowship!

After the program:

You’re in powerful company.

After successfully completing the Fellowship, you become #hack4lyfe. Membership in the Hack.Alumni Community—now 500+ strong and growing—opens up access to resources, networks, and leadership opportunities to support your continued career advancement. It also allows you to pay-it-forward to Fellows who come after you as you elevate into role models, building the future of tech.
