Hack.Diversity is creating access to tech while working to build generational wealth. In 2023, Fellows collectively completed 450+ interviews to match into summer internships at Host Companies.
We achieved an impressive 94% match rate, with 99% of Fellows successfully completing their internships!
Fellows received internship extensions, return offers, and full-time employment opportunities.

After achieving regional recognition for our generational wealth-building impact in Boston, Hack.Diversity launched our second site in New York City.
The response to our launch in the Big Apple validated the need for our work — we received 200+ applications and selected 15 software engineering Fellows.
