Representation matters.

We celebrate Hack.Alumni — 450+ strong — as they elevate within their Host Companies and contribute their ideas to technological advancement and inclusion.

Hack holds and protects a safe environment for folks to return to for guidance when they encounter new work-life blend challenges. We are inspired when this powerful network gives and receives learning, advocacy, and support from one another. They're carving out space for themselves and setting a higher industry standard for the future all while breaking barriers for the next generation of technologists.

The tight-knit community at Hack.Diversity provided me with a sense of belonging and support that goes beyond a traditional Fellowship. As a Fellow, I faced productive challenges that helped me grow technically and honed my interpersonal skills. Additionally, it equipped me with invaluable Mentors, engaging workshops, and a supportive family – I found a dynamic environment to seek guidance and answers to any questions that arose.

The impact on my career has been profound, exceeding expectations as Hack.Diversity supported me not only throughout the Fellowship but also during and after my internship at Liberty Mutual. Now, as a Software 2 Engineer at Dell Technologies, I credit Hack.Diversity for enriching my network, career, and aspirations, making it a family I will forever feel a part of.
