WINSTON FLETCHER (he/him)

As Hack.Diversity's Senior Manager of Business Development, Winston identifies and builds strategic partnerships with companies that share an interest in hiring remarkable talent and creating inclusive workplaces to drive industry transformation. Previously a Partnerships Manager at Hack.Diversity, Winston has a proven track record of successfully stewarding strategic partnerships throughout the program life-cycle.

Winston adds a wealth of knowledge and experience, ranging from business development to partnership management and community engagement. His previous roles as a Customer Success Manager at GameOn Technology, and Community Engagement and Partnerships Intern with the Boston Celtics demonstrate his commitment to building relationships and making a positive impact on marginalized communities. Winston grew up in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts and graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and minors in Adolescent Mental Health and Public Health. His life experiences and academic foundation provide him with a unique perspective on the intersection of diversity, mental health, community engagement, and the importance of equitable access to resources.

Outside of Hack, Winston is an avid sports fan. He loves watching football as well as playing and watching basketball. From September through June, you’ll catch Winston setting his fantasy football line-up and checking the score of the Celtics game. Winston enjoys experiencing the local food scene in different NYC neighborhoods, early morning walks on a sunny day, and reading sci-fi and historical fiction. Additionally, he never misses an opportunity to show up unannounced for a free meal at one of his siblings' houses.
