MADELEINE DAVIS (she/her)
In Madeleine Davis’ role as a Senior Partner Success Manager at Hack.Diversity, she works closely with Host Companies throughout the life cycle of their partnership to ensure mutual success across talent acquisition, intern matching, and summer internships.
Madeleine has worked with enterprise partners for 15+ years across multiple industries including manufacturing, technology, human resources, marketing, and the food industry. An MBA graduate of Charleston Southern University, Madeleine has filled many roles in the business world including positions in program and project management, communications, marketing, sales, and account management. Madeleine has a deep passion for helping others. In this time of social upheaval and racial reckoning, she decided to pivot from the corporate sector and take action by joining Hack.Diversity to help companies create a stronger, more inclusive workplace. Madeleine continues to dig deep into her own anti-racism work to find ways to elevate the voices of Black + Latinx folx.
Madeleine is also fortunate to be a wife and mother to two boys. On her weekends in Charleston, SC, you can find Madeleine on the football and baseball fields, in the dance studio, or in karate classes cheering on her sons. Madeleine is a people person and is the first to jump into anything: a conversation, an activity, an event, or even the lake or ocean - two places she loves to spend time!
