Leonardo’s mission is to foster equity and inclusion by creating pathways for individuals and communities to thrive. From his work with the United Nations World Food Programme to address global food insecurity to his passion for leadership development and consulting, Leonardo brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every role he undertakes. As a Boston-based organizational consultant, leadership trainer, and executive coach, he is committed to empowering teams and leaders to navigate complex challenges with resilience and purpose.
Leonardo’s dedication to equity and social justice stems from his lifelong commitment to addressing systemic inequities through leadership development. Having lived in 12 countries, his work is driven by a desire to build systems where every individual has the opportunity to succeed. He is also a published author and is working on his first book in English, which will explore transformative life stories, emphasizing resilience and personal growth.
Leonardo holds three master's degrees, the most recent in Public Administration from Harvard University. He's a lifelong learner pursuing advanced studies in ethics, organizational behavior, and inclusive pedagogies. Leonardo also loves being in the classroom or facilitating workshops. He holds expertise in Adaptive Leadership, an essential framework to support organizational and cultural changes.
Outside of work, you’ll find Leonardo playing or watching the soccer league of his home country Brazil, playing the guitar, running, writing, and engaging in volunteer initiatives to redefine people's relationships with authority. He's passionate about cats and is constantly seeking new hobbies like surfing or learning how to play a new sport.
