DJANIKAH ELYSÉE (she/her)
In Djanikah Elysée's role as a Senior Operations Associate at Hack.Diversity, she works closely with Senior Leadership to ensure mutual success across operations, logistics, and process improvement initiatives. Her hope is to support the growth of Hack.Diversity and create pathways that improve the lives of everyone connected to the organization. She echoes the passion her colleagues have for their work and truly prioritizes racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Djanikah has worked in administrative and operations roles throughout her decade-long career, spanning multiple industries, including healthcare, social services, and education. With a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Howard University, and a Master’s in Acupuncture from MCPHS University, she has always had a heart for people. She followed her people-passion through roles at the Boston Public Health Commission, Mass General Brigham, and Hebrew SeniorLife, among other companies, where she helped overhaul operating procedures, managed projects, and supported compliance measures, along with her administrative duties.
The daughter of Haitian immigrants, she hails from Boston, MA, which has shaped her work ethic and team-oriented work style. Outside of work, you will find Djanikah studying, spending time with her dog Bella Luz, and exploring her new surroundings around Philadelphia, PA. She’s frequently back in Boston, visiting with her very large extended family. She prioritizes faith-based and creative outlets to unwind, including music, baking, and karaoke, and indulges in the occasional argument with Eagles fans in favor of the Patriots.
