Our Mentor Network is made up of 200+ leading professionals committed to the Hack.Diversity mission and working with Fellows directly.

Our 2024 Mentor application is now closed. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for updates about our mentoring in 2025!

Are you passionate about supporting diversity in tech? Hack.Diversity is always on the lookout for the best and brightest mentors to help guide our Fellows and company partners throughout the year. What that support looks like may be different depending on who you are.

Maybe you’re a CTO looking for a way to invigorate your team with new talent and different ideas. Maybe you’re a seasoned tech professional who wants to provide the guidance you wish you’d had as you navigated your own career. Maybe you are someone who is finally ready to do more than just tweet about change.
